Broccoli is a fantastic choice in the world of microgreens. Not only does it boast a mild, fresh flavor reminiscent of broccoli and cabbage, but it also serves as a wonderful garnish or addition to any microgreens salad.
Broccoli microgreens pack a bigger punch of the antioxidant sulforaphane compared to mature broccoli. This nutrient has been shown to reduce fasting blood glucose levels, as well as help safeguard against heart disease and cancer.

- Please note that deliveries will only be made on Wednesdays between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm.
- Pick-up time is available only every Wednesday, from 10 am to 7 pm.

- We grow to order and harvest the same day we deliver. All items are grown at our facility in East Longmeadow.
- It can take 4-6 weeks to begin regular fulfillment. Some varieties are grown regularly and could be ready as soon as the next day. Though not certified, all varieties are soil-grown using organic methods.
- We do not use fertilizers of
any kind and only filtered water. We always promote businesses we work with online!
