8 oz sampler contains a choice of a little bit of everything (Sampler) or a select few. Selections can be chosen when your order is confirmed and you receive an email with delivery information. 

A typical sampler includes broccoli, kale, salad mix, spicy salad mix, sunflower, peas, cantaloupe, radish, spicy mustard and a few other rotating varieties such as beets, amaranth, cilantro and carrots.
